Hypermedia Dante Network (HDN) is a PRIN project (2020-2023) which aims to refine and extend the ontology and tools developed to represent the sources of Dante Alighieri's minor works, the subject of a previous PRIN project entitled "For a Digital Dante Encyclopedia", to the more complex world of the Comedy.

In particular, HDN aims to enrich the functionality of the DanteSources Web application in order to efficiently recover knowledge about the Comedy.

Relying on some of the most important scientific institutions for Dante studies, such as the Italian Dante Society of Florence, HDN makes use of specialized skills, essential for the population of ontology and the consequent creation of a complete and reliable knowledge base. Knowledge that will be published on the Web as Linked Open Data.
